You have the tools to achieve the impossible.  You possess those elements that have equipped you to be the best.  To know that you have absolute control over your destiny is that strength pushing you forward.  Do not allow any kind of barriers to stop you.  This journey has been traced to reach the summit.  Reasoning can sometimes be discouraging, but at the same time, rethink certain facts that will lead you to a better understanding of your true purpose.  It is important to permit the mind to search for those inevitable moments of despair as long as you know that all reasoning is conducted with the sole purpose of obtaining your highest goal.  Those who have sat on the throne of pessimistic mastery have nothing to contribute.  Those who did not sit but on the contrary, continue to move forward on the path, are still writing in the book of life, their experiences, go onward and learned from them.  They are positive contributors who can play an important role in your future victory.  Rekindle with faith, those facts that induce you to be different, to be who you are,  a Winner.  Winners are always part of a nonstop race, that race that has been set for you to be an intrinsic part of it.  Successful winners strongly believe in themselves.  Narcissism and self-indulgence are not part of your desire.  Do not be negative for neither pessimistic, since these mental blocks only exist if you allow them to be.  They are not the feelings that will carry you to the top.  You were born to win and deep in your heart; you believe this.  On this path to victory, extending your hands in gratitude is the most important part of your journey.  Every morning is the start of a new beginning; do not be afraid to face the obstacles ahead, after all, you know that you are a strong warrior headed for the zenith of your mountain.  Be grateful to God for the wonderful blessings.  Repeat in faith:  “I am successful; I believe in my full potential.”  I wish you the best in your future endeavors.  Vienna Avelares -  CEO for Endow Coaching Inc.   Give us a call and let us help you reach your highest goal.  IN ENDOW WE BELIEVE IN YOUR FULL POTENTIAL.   407-625-6449  www.endowcoach.com  endowcoaching@gmail.com

Consistency is an admirable habit; 74% of employers look at a resume expecting to see stability in the candidate’s past work experience.  However, others are looking for candidates who can be trained into entry-level positions with hardly any experience at all.  The idea of converting a career or getting into a new professional field can be scary.  We have a tendency to stay in our comfort zone not only in our careers but also in many aspects of our lives.  In  the comfort zone, that safe haven,  that we have psychologically created , there are no changes.  Comfort zones only to mention a few:  black-hearted relationships, a job with no benefits,  bad pay with no opportunities for career growth, church memberships lacking participation and believe it or not having the same medical practitioner for years.  These are many of the comfort zone examples.  It is commendable to have stability in our lives; it is a sign of successful maturity.  Nevertheless, our comfort zone is no other than the result of fear.  Changes can be very challenging and stressful.  The Comfort Zone is that safe haven where we feel untouchable, protected, but it can also be destructive and diminishing.  Best advice; research those ideas that are taunting you.  Whether is a change of location or a career change, give yourself the chance of analyzing it.  Apply for new jobs and take the time to attend those interviews for those positions that may seem impossible to get.  Remember your full potential is your best weapon for success.  Check brand new areas and house markets.  Visit a new church or an unknown club or try a new doctor.  Bad relationships are just a waste of your life and time.  You have a path of healthy loving relationships awaiting for you.   Step out of that negative environment that has been holding you back.  What are you waiting for?  Comfort Zone is that negative place where you get stuck with no aspirations or goals for a successful future.    Good luck in your fresh life goal you can make it.  YOU ARE A WINNER.  Remember in ENDOW, we believe in your full potential.   Vienna Avelares – Empowerment Coach for Endow Coaching Inc.
